PROJECT PLANNING AND SUPERVISION CONSULTANT (PPSC) Kuwait NFP recommends that all PPSC Tenderers use the attached Check List to ensure that their PPSC proposals conform to the instructions contained in the Tender Dossier. Also included are the Technical and Financial Evaluation Criteria and Maximum Score allocations that are presently being reviewed by Members of the Technical and Financial Review Committees. Kuwait NFP will keep the PPSC bidders posted through the Kuwait NFP website should there be any revisions to the Technical and Financial Evaluation Criteria and Maximum Scores. PPSC Questions & Answers OBJECTIVE:  Assist Kuwait NFP to achieve its national, regional, and international objectives.  PPSC will engage in the planning and supervision of the implementation and execution of KERP. RESPONSIBILITIES: PPSC will be responsible for preparing detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for each Environmental Remediation Project.  PPSC will include in the ToR the appropriate technologies and methodologies to be used in remediating  the environmental damages.  The PPSC will also coordinate with the UNCC Independent Reviewers (IR) to facilitate the acquisition and transfer of project information to the UNCC secretariat and ensure the application of best quality control and quality assurance procedures.  PPSC will also support Kuwait NFP in its regional obligation towards RERAG and the establishment and operation of the National and Regional Environmental Rehabilitation Database (NERD and RERD). SELECTION: Selection of PPSC will be completed in two stages: Stage 1:   The prequalification of international entities/consortiums (RFPQ). Stage 2:   The invitation of pre-qualified entities/consortiums to respond to the PPSC Request for Proposal (RFP)
