Announcements Kuwait NFP informs all of the legal entities that have previously bid for the original Tender No. 2/2006-2007 (Revised) announced in the official gazette Kuwait El-Youm on 24 December 2006 that, due to procedural reasons, this tender has to be re-issued.   The Central Committee to Supervise the Implementation of the Projects Related to Environmental Remediation (Kuwait NFP), represented by its Secretariat, the Public Authority for the Assessment of Compensation (PAAC), is please to announce the extension of the deadline for submitting responses to the Tender for Legal Services (Tender No. 2/2006-2007 (Revised)).  Details of the Tender are given below: Opening Date      Closing Date     Tender Fees      Preliminary Insurance  06/05/2007                 20/05/2007           150 KD                   5% of the total annual Tender Offer value valid for 90 days to be included with the Financial Proposal.  Tender Documents can be obtained from the Finance Division, Purchasing Department Procurement Section of PAAC at Shamiya Area, 3rd Block, Al-Shamiya Secondary School for Boys, Shamiya District during the official working hours i.e. 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM (14:00).  The Tender Documents may also be obtained from the Kuwait NFP website after entering the firm’s email and website address. In such case, the tender submission will not be accepted unless an original tender purchase receipt is presented with the Tender Offer.  The failure to present the tender purchase receipt will result in the refusal by Kuwait NFP authorities to receive the Tender Offer.
